Convention Details – Register Today!

Convention 2010 is just around the corner, so if you haven?t yet made plans to attend, the time is now! You have just a few days left to take advantage of preregistration rates and host hotel rooms downtown. Please review the reminders listed below to make the most of your commitment to win in Pre-Paid Legal Services.

* Preregistration will end on Monday February 22nd. At that time the price will increase from $135 to $155 at the door. You may call 580-436-7424 for assistance or register online through Associates Only at www.prepaidlegal.com.

* If you are planning to qualify for and attend the Black and Gold Banquet you must be pregistered. There will be no exceptions. To qualify you must acquire the counters in March and earn the Executive Director bonus in April. * Hotel rooms in the downtown area are still available. If you would like to make reservations at one of these properties you must do so through Ada Travel. Contact the agents by calling 1-800-256-5860 or use the host hotel form available on the International Convention page inside Associates Only.

* Registration packets will be mailed on or before March 19, 2010. If you have recently moved or changed your mailing address, please call Marketing Services at 1-580-436-7424 to avoid a lost packet and waiting in line to replace your event tickets.

* If you have your bar-coded badge but need a name change you do not need to wait in line for a replacement. Various tables including the Supply Display tables will have labels available to simply and quickly change the name on your badge.
